INSURANCE LIABILITY POLICY & RENEWALS – PERS COMPLIANCE

Q: Do your PERS Products & Monitoring & 911 Dispatch Services comply with our Insurance Carrier Policy guidelines?

A:  Yes, in fact, we EXCEED the Insurance Industry Compliance and Guidance (i.e. Member Safety, Loss Control, 24/7, Unstaffed/Un-Supervised) requirements set forth in all new policies and policy renewals for all types of sports and fitness clubs and related facilities nationwide.  We work with all of the leading Insurance Carriers throughout the United States that issue comprehensive liability policies to all types of fitness clubs and facilities.

Q: Can you recommend specific insurance providers that cater to the U.S. Sports Club Industry?

A:  Yes, absolutely.  We maintain contact with all of the leading insurance carriers whether you plan to initiate a new policy or renew an existing policy.  We understand their language and compliance requirements for personal emergency response systems and panic alert button devices to deliver you an acceptable liability policy and competitive rate pricing.  This is critical if your fitness or sports club is 24/7 key less entry or 24/7 key card access, or if members workout alone during non-staffed hours thus unsupervised.

4) Scott Hazlewood from FCAS will personally follow-up with a phone call or email to make sure your account details and system are "medical alarm" active and fully operational to our mutual satisfaction.

WEARABLE PANIC BUTTONS – HOW MANY DO WE NEED

Q: Does my club need a large quantity of wearable panic and help alert buttons for my members?

A:  No.  Our emergency medical and panic alert systems are designed to be efficient, reliable, easy to use, and AFFORDABLE.  Because members normally work out in open spaces or "group x" zones and as a result, in relative close proximity to each other as a group, usually no more than one (1) to two (2) panic push buttons are needed in group settings.  In cases of multiple floors, indoor and outdoor facilities and the like, a third (3) panic alert button may be recommended but not required.  We internally document client club data and case studies since 2015 to make these steadfast recommendations.

MEDICAL ALERT SYSTEM & WEARABLE DEVICE – ADOPTION & LOSS BY MEMBERS

Q: How does our club and staff make our new medical alert system and panic alert devices available to our valued members?

A:  Simple.  We provide you and your club with the following e-collateral and signage: 1) Club User /Member Guide that simply details how to wear and use the system and wearable device(s); 2) Club Owner/Manager Trouble Shoot Guide for simple trouble shooting events; Club Signage that clearly identifies for members and visitors the “911 Emergency” application of each system and/or wearable panic button device.  NOTE: This also serves to mitigate (up to 97%) wearable panic alert device losses and replacements off premises by members!

NO LANDLINE PHONE CONNECTION NEEDED – MOBILE & WIRELSS 4G

Q: Does my club need a landline phone connection or can I go wireless and cellular using your medical alert system?

A:  No landline phone connection is now needed.  Our Medical Alert Industry is now fully trending, like other tech industries, to mobile, cellular and wireless medical alert system platforms and technologies.  Our innovative medical alert systems and devices for fitness and sports clubs operate independently and are mobile, wireless and cellular.  Our nationwide 4G coverage offers fast response times with live 911 emergency dispatches from our Central Station certified operators, with or without  2-way communication user interaction.
