How Our Alert Systems and Live Operators Respond
When Your Club Members Need Help During An Emergency Event
STEP ONE:
PRESS YOUR HELP BUTTON and a signal is sent to the 24/7 Nationwide Monitoring & Response Center (Central Station). Within 10 to 15 seconds….
STEP TWO:
YOUR CERTIFIED EMS LIVE OPERATOR WILL RESPOND AUDIBLY will respond audibly over the 2-Way Speaker/Mic on the Base Station Console (Systems #1 & #2) or the 2-Way Speaker/Mic on the Mobile VIP flex Smart Phone (System #3). The Live Operator will announce themselves and will start a pre-scripted 2-way dialog with the Club Member/User.
STEP THREE:
IF AN EMERGENCY LOCAL RESPONDER DISPATCH IS NEEDED, the Live Operator will immediately contact the pre-set local responder agency for immediate dispatch to your designated Club premises.
STEP FOUR:
IF THE CLUB MEMBER/USER REQUESTS or requires further on-site monitoring or assistance (while waiting for the local responders to arrive on premises), our Live Operator (or a second operator) will stay on the 2-Way and assist the Club Member/User until help arrives.
STEP FIVE:
POST DISPATCH, OUR LIVE OPERATORS WILL SEND NOTIFICATIONS (a pre-set Priority Contact Notification List) to designated Club staff members via their cell phones that a dispatch has been performed along with a brief description of the Emergency Event, if needed.
PRECAUTIONARY DISPATCH:
In the event our Live Operator responds over the system’s 2-Way, and there is NO AUDIBLE RESPONSE from the Club Member/User, the Live Operator will LISTEN IN for any audible signs of an emergency. If not, the Live Operator will take precautionary measures and perform a local responder agency dispatch to the club premises. Post dispatch, the Contact Notification List protocols will also be performed.
FALSE ALARMS:
False alarm calls are just as important to respond to as actual emergency alert calls to our Nationwide Monitoring & Dispatch Center. Our Live Operators are specially trained to perform professionally and courteously in any response situation.

Emergency Incident Documentation is an industry standard best practices protocol provided to our valued Club Clients by our Nationwide Monitoring Centers. Accurate and archived transcript recordings of emergency calls, responses and dispatches are made available by authorized request to Club Owners & Operators.
