SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY – EFFECTIVE as of May 21, 2026

Fitness Club Alert Systems Shipping Information:

Standard Ground – Delivered within 5 to 7 business days from the time of order.
3-Day Shipping – Guaranteed third business day delivery if ordered by 1:30pm EST (non-holiday)
2-Day Shipping – Guaranteed second business day delivery if ordered by 1:30pm EST (non-holiday)
Overnight Shipping – Guaranteed next business day delivery if ordered by 1:30pm EST (non-holiday)
Overnight Saturday Shipping – Guaranteed Saturday delivery if ordered by 1:30pm EST (non-holiday)
Note: Any order placed on a Saturday and/or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Holidays and inclement weather may delay delivery. Fitness Club Alert Systems is not responsible for any service interruptions by the Carrier(s).

· Once an order has been processed (including a completed credit/debit card or checking account/routing numbers transaction), a shipping confirmation email from our Provider Partner (Lifefone) containing the tracking number will be sent to you. RETURN SYSTEM POLICY – EFFECTIVE as of May 21, 2026

You may cancel your service by calling Fitness Club Alert System at 1-203-210-5235 and/or 1-475-257-1243 and/or via our email at Scott@FitnessClubAlertSystems.com. Returning the system equipment is at your sole expense. System service will be cancelled effectively the day the system equipment is received at our Partner Provider (Lifefone) mailing location for product returns. All return system information will be provided to you once we have accepted your return system request. You may receive a prorated refund, based on your contractual monthly subscription rate, after we receive your complete system. Any purchased accessories are not returnable for refund.
